What is your fancy? Green Tea anyone… or a peppermint? I’m off to make one…

Tip of the day:

Make green tea your preferred beverage.

Green tea has an increasing list of benefits including those for the heart. High in anti-oxidants it can help protect again Alzheimerโ€™s, high cholesterol, arteriosclerosis, stimulates the immune and can even help with blood sugar levels.

As always go for quality not quantity when choosing your green tea, with a preference towards organic (they only way to guarantee its not irradiated).



  1. Yes. Green tea is good for you. And it is quite nice with a Japanese meal. But, its not coffee,and I neeeeeeed my caffeine!!! ๐Ÿ™‚
